Cancellation & Refund Policy
METİN: Flexibility for You, Security for Us. We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible for both our guests and our operational team.
1. Free Cancellation (24 Hours Rule): You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the tour start time for a 100% Full Refund. No questions asked. (Example: If your tour is on Tuesday at 09:00, you must cancel by Monday 09:00).
2. Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours): Cancellations made within the last 24 hours prior to the tour are Non-Refundable. Why? Because we have already reserved your seat on the bus/boat and paid for your insurance/food.
3. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up at the designated pick-up time/location without prior notice, it will be considered a “No-Show” and No Refund will be issued.
4. Cancellations by Us: If the tour is cancelled by our agency due to:
- Bad weather conditions (Storms, heavy rain, etc.)
- Technical problems
- Insufficient participation numbers You will receive a 100% Full Refund immediately, or we can reschedule your tour to another date of your choice.
